Residents Were Outraged by Dog Poisoner   News Tuesday, October 6 2020 | Annya Monica Johan   Palangka Raya – There is a lot of dog poisoning action done by unknown in around neighbors’ area in Palangka Raya, Central Borneo. In a week, there have been more than 3 dog poisoning actions reported and happened in the surrounding area. The perpetrator was still uncaptured until now. The neighbors felt uneasy and threatened by this unsolved case. Recently, there are numerous reported cases of dog poisoning in the neighbor’s area. The perpetrator was still unknown. There are no pictures of the doer or the information on the number of people who did it. The only thing the neighbors felt sure, the perpetrator was not alone and they brought a car when doing the action.
