Residents Were Outraged by Dog Poisoner

Palangka Raya – There is a lot of dog poisoning action done by unknown in around neighbors’ area in Palangka Raya, Central Borneo. In a week, there have been more than 3 dog poisoning actions reported and happened in the surrounding area. The perpetrator was still uncaptured until now. The neighbors felt uneasy and threatened by this unsolved case.

Recently, there are numerous reported cases of dog poisoning in the neighbor’s area. The perpetrator was still unknown. There are no pictures of the doer or the information on the number of people who did it. The only thing the neighbors felt sure, the perpetrator was not alone and they brought a car when doing the action. There is one neighbor that said he saw a white Innova car spying from a considerable distance from the scene when he found his dog lying helpless.

The bait that the perpetrators use to poisoning the dogs was poisoned cooked fish wrapped with several sheets of tissue and a line of nylon thread.

The motive of the crime suspected by the neighbors was for the dog meat trade in some markets. Mainly known by the people, there were a lot of dog meat sellers in traditional markets lately. Several people sold the dog which was their own pet to be raised or to be sold. But there are also several people who stole another person’s dog to be sold.

These outraging cases were threatening the neighbors.
